Morley celebrates new school year

 Dr. Ellen Stokoe, principal of  Morley Elementary School in West Hartford, led students and staff in an the opening day ceremony outside the school recently.
Students at Morley are committed to the six important traits of good character: Respect, responsibility, fairness, kindness, caring, and citizenship.
