Kelsey's Auto Sales fundraising event to benefit special needs

Kelsey's Auto Sales located at 55 Talcott Road, in West Hartford, will host a grand opening fund raising event from 9 a.m. until 6 .pm. on Saturday, Sept 8, to support New Horizons Living Center, Inc., a non profit organization committed to improving the quality of life for children and adults with emotional, behavioral and medical needs.
For each car sold Saturday, Kelsey's Auto Sales will donate $200 to New Horizons Living Center, Inc.
