Arthritis Foundation names new chair of the N.E.Region Board

ROCKY HILL – David Federman, managing partner of Federman, Lally & Remis LLC, was recently installed as chairman of the Arthritis Foundation, New England Region Board of Trustees. 

 Federman has been involved with the Arthritis Foundation for many years, having served on the National Board from 2008 to 2010.  In addition, he was chairman of the board for the former Northern and Southern New England Chapter and most recently served as treasurer for the New England Region.  In 1999, he was awarded the National Volunteer Service Citation by the Arthritis Foundation.   

Federman is currently active in a number of Hartford area organizations, including life officer of the Mandell Jewish Community Center, corporator of Hebrew Health Care, and member of the board of governors for Hartford Hospital.  He has in the past served as president of the Mandell Jewish Community Center, annual campaign chairman for the Jewish Federation of Greater Hartford and founder and president of Jewish Links, Inc.   

The Arthritis Foundation, New England Region serves nearly 2.8 million adults and 13,200 children with doctor-diagnosed arthritis.
