New resident gets promoted by Comcast
In this role, Griffin will be responsible for delivering a positive experience for Comcast customers across the region and will oversee day-to-day management of the company's local regional call centers located in Enfield, Connecticut and South Burlington, Vermont.

Griffin has over 13 years of experience in the cable industry and has worked in customer service at Comcast for the past nine years. Prior to accepting this new role in the Western New England Region, Griffin served as Director of the Advanced Services Call Center for Comcast in Largo, Maryland, where he designed and implemented training programs for customer care representatives to elevate the customer experience.
Griffin earned a Bachelor's Degree in biology from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. He has been an active part of his community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Richmond Urban League and Richmond CASA, as Vice President of his local Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, and as a member of the Rotary Club. He is also a member of NAMIC and looks forward to getting involved in the West Hartford community where he will now reside.
